A PLACE, THOUGHTFULLY IMAGINED

A landscape. A larger vision.

THE PROPOSED PROPERTY

Connected by a shared intention.

Illustrative vision only.
Not an approved or measured site plan.

01 / STAY

A sense of your own place

Eight 2,100-square-foot villas with view decks, alongside 30 one- and two-bedroom nightly rental units, form the proposed accommodation collection.

02 / RESTORE

A campus for wellbeing

Reception, restaurant, spa, pools and observatory, with movement, meditation and quiet nature spaces, create the intended guest experience.

03 / DISCOVER

Space for possibility

Growing gardens, birding, a drumming amphitheater, equestrian facilities and outdoor adventure offer a broader connection to the property.

WATER, CONSIDERED WITH CARE

Conservation begins with planning.

Rooftop rainwater harvesting, covered cisterns and carefully designed landscape catchment are part of our proposed water-conservation approach.

These measures would supplement a verified primary supply—not prove that enough water is already available. A professional water budget must account for lodging, staff, dining, pools, growing, horses, planting and the pond, including dry-season reliability.

The wildlife pond is envisioned for drinking access and nearby native forage. Its water source, size, lining and seasonal operation remain to be designed.

RESPECT FOR WHAT IS ALREADY HERE

A quieter footprint. A thoughtful conversation.

The intent is low-rise architecture, quiet use and respect for neighboring land. Gold Gulch is intended to remain undisturbed; conceptual water features do not establish a natural stream, channel diversion or dam.

The property is still in development planning. Survey control, legal access, grading, utilities, water and wastewater, environmental and code review require professional coordination. No City or citizen approval is claimed.

WHERE THE JOURNEY BEGINS

One retreat. Two distinct arrivals.

The main retreat

The approximately 100-acre property is envisioned for accommodations, wellness, dining and experiences. Specific building positions and terrain must be established through professional design and verification.

The airport welcome center

A separate approximately two-acre airport-area welcome site would offer reception, a water-feature interior and an organic café before the onward guest journey. Lease, access and transfer details are not yet established.
