Information you choose to share

Inquiry forms collect the contact details you enter, your accommodation and timing preferences, party size, selected interests and message. Required acknowledgments record that a stay-interest request is non-binding and that prospective guests are adults. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or sensitive medical information.

How inquiry information is used

Submitted information is stored in the project’s managed database so the project team can review and respond to your request. A successful submission displays an inquiry reference; it does not trigger an automated customer confirmation email. An optional project-update preference is separate from consent to respond to your inquiry.

Requests and questions

To ask about your information, withdraw interest, change an update preference or request deletion, contact Bill@launchbuildersllc.com. Include your inquiry reference if available. The team must review and process requests; the site does not provide an automated deletion portal.

Technical services

The website uses managed hosting, image storage and database services. Hosting and analytics services may process technical information such as device, browser and request data. Basic abuse-prevention measures apply to form submissions. No payment information is collected through this site.

The proposed retreat

Sage is a proposed retreat in the Bisbee area, not an operating resort. No opening date, final rate, inventory, permit, City or citizen approval, water-sufficiency determination or guaranteed amenity is established by this website. The 18+ and fewer-than-60-guest vision is an operating intention, not a code occupancy determination.

Images and architectural information

All architectural and landscape imagery is preliminary concept rendering. Images are not photographs of completed facilities or verified construction geometry. The aerial overview is illustrative, not a measured master plan. Actual design, legal access, terrain, engineering, services and approvals require professional development.

Non-binding future stay interest

Your request expresses interest only. No accommodation, date, price, package or transport is confirmed, and no deposit is requested. Future booking terms and availability would need to be established before confirmed reservations are offered.
