WHY THIS PLACE. WHY THIS PACE.
A retreat beyond the everyday.
Sage is being proposed in the Bisbee-area high desert as an intimate, adults-only health and wellness retreat. The vision favors a personal residential scale rather than a crowded resort experience.
Space matters here: between bedroom suites, out on a view deck, in a morning of quiet observation. The proposed operating model welcomes guests ages 18 and over, with fewer than 60 concurrent guests.
Digitally mindful shared spaces would encourage less scrolling and more presence. Essential staff and emergency communications remain part of planning; cell signals are not controlled or blocked.
