PROPOSED GROUP RETREATS

Come together.
Leave with more.

A future conversation for teams, friends and facilitators seeking a more considered way to gather in the Bisbee-area high desert.

A SETTING FOR A SMALLER GATHERING

Enough space to connect.
Enough space to step away.

Sage is being imagined as an adults-only retreat with a residential rhythm rather than a convention-hotel pace. A group day could hold a shared table, a guided conversation or time outside—while still leaving room for an individual quiet hour.

THE LANDSCAPE~100 acres

Proposed main retreat setting in the Bisbee area.

THE STAY8 villas + 30 units

Eight proposed 2,100-square-foot villas alongside nightly units.

THE RHYTHM18+ / under 60

An adults-only vision with fewer than 60 concurrent guests envisioned overall.

LEADERSHIP & TEAM CONNECTION

A change of scene for the work between the work.

For a leadership offsite or team gathering, the proposed setting is intended to make room for thoughtful exchange: a meal shared slowly, a meeting held with landscape in view, and unstructured time to let a conversation continue.

Facilitation, meeting formats, dining arrangements and group inclusions are not yet established. An inquiry is a way to share what would matter to your group as the vision develops.

POTENTIAL GROUP CONCEPTS

Gather around an intention.

These are possible directions for a future retreat—not a current program calendar or a promise of availability.

01

Leadership &
team connection

A considered setting for shared purpose, reflection and better time together.

02

Wellness with
friends

An unhurried escape shaped around rest, conversation and the high desert.

A SHARED PACE, PERSONALLY HELD

Together, without filling every moment.

The spa, movement and landscape spaces are being envisioned as places to restore a personal rhythm as well as gather. Any future group experience would be shaped with room for both shared touchpoints and time apart.

Wellness amenities, guided practices and practitioner programming remain in development. Sage does not offer therapeutic outcomes or currently available retreat programs.

THREE PLANNING PILLARS

Start with what matters to your group.

01 / PURPOSE

Name the reason to gather.

Tell us whether your interest begins with leadership, friendship, a practice or another shared intention.

02 / BALANCE

Leave room for individual quiet.

Consider the moments you would want to share and the space each guest may want to keep for themselves.

03 / POSSIBILITY

Help shape the future conversation.

Group size and timing preferences help the project team understand interest; they do not establish availability.

START THE CONVERSATION

Tell us what you have in mind.

Share an early sense of your group, timing and intention. We’ll save it as non-binding group interest for the project team to review.

The guest count and preferences you share support planning; they are not an occupancy certificate. Final arrangements remain subject to design and capacity. Sage is envisioned for adults 18+ and fewer than 60 concurrent guests overall, so a small-group request cannot guarantee how many other guests may be present.
